How Killer Trails Works

Every case is a two page spread. The story page names the victim, the crime scene, and the suspects with their motives. The maze page puts each suspect at a numbered door.

Only one door reaches the body. The app builds the maze as a connected labyrinth, then seals every false suspect's route with a wall. It verifies with a search that exactly one entrance connects to the crime scene. No broken puzzles, ever.

The path spells the weapon. Circled letters along the one true route read out the murder weapon in order. Dead ends carry decoy letters.

Solutions at the back. Each answer page draws the true path in red and names the killer, the weapon, and the scene.
